Tribeca ranks first among GRESB peers 2023
We are delighted to announce that among 2023 GRESB participants, Tribeca ranked first in the mixed-use, non-listed category in the UK and second in Europe.
The Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) assesses the environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance of real estate and property developments worldwide. It has become a leading ESG benchmark, with a wider scope than many of its counterparts, such as NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) and Green Star.
The GRESB assessment covers two main components:
- Management and policy: including ESG policies, management systems and processes, stakeholder engagement, risk management, strategy and leadership.
- Performance indicators: including energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, waste management, tenant and community engagement.
GRESB offers actionable take-aways that can guide ongoing improvements in performance, ensuring that Tribeca continues to drive positive impacts and deliver on sustainability targets.
